a core layer () of paper or paperboard, the method including the steps of coating () a firstside of a material web () of paper or paperboard with an outer layer () of thermoplasticmaterial, an thereafter forming, with the aid of laser burning () on the thus thermo-plasticcoated first side of the packaging laminate (), a perforation line () through said
