摘要:Reducing latency or time for accessing (transmitting) on Licensed Shared Access(LSA) spectrum (also Authorized Shared Access ASA, Dynamic Spectrum Access DSA,Opportunistic Spectrum Access OSA). Mainly for D2D device to device communication.The transmitting mobile device transmits the data on the first detected transmissionopportunity regardless of whether the LSA licensee has set up the use of the LSAspectrum bands over the base station (spectrum negotiation), in other words a maximumexploitation of the transmission opportunity in the opportunistic spectrum accesstechnology may be implemented by utilizing an LSA enabled user plane channel evenbefore the dedicated control plane channel is set up. The D2D transmitter transmitssimultaneously data to the D2D receiver and spectrum negotiation control signal to thebase station. The receiver waits for a go signal from the base station before decoding thebuffered received D2D signal.
