摘要：A distributed network comprises at least three information holding devices.

Each information holding device comprises a processing device and a storing device forstoring a plurality of data items. Each processing device runs a synchronization tool forsynchronizing a data item of one holding device with a data item of another informationholding device. The synchronization tools are configured to transmit synchronizationinformation to a log data set containing information indicative of the first one of the dataitems and second one of the data items and associated synchronization informationindicative of a time of the synchronization. At least one processor is configured todetermine a performance of synchronization of the information holding devices using thelog data set.
