students.Even though you really made a great difference,You do not have the power to speak all the time.Time is limited for everyone,If you want enough respect and support ,then let other people said something.

8.Learning to listen and sympathize when the students tells. 9.Don’t blame students so quickly while they made mistakes.No one wae perfect.And what you should said was:I believe in you ,You can take a responsibility for what you have done. Such inspire words can make me feel guilty.And I hold this is much better than punishment.

10.All the people,parents or teacher,want us join the training class to make up missed lessons on our weekends or vacation. We need a teacher who can boosting our interests in the class,Thus we can master the knowledge well and it is no need to go to school everyday.

11.A classroom has no discipline just like plants without water. The best way to keep the classroom obey the discipline is the teacher who contains justify,patient,artistical etc. 12.Homework is a must,But you should better make sure that the work we do is meaningful. And I think the teacher should give the homework appropriately.
